Senior QSs/QSs/Contract Executives

(Jalan Ampang)


Responsibilities:
  •  Quantity take-off from architectural & structural drawings, tenders calculation, evaluation tenders, sub-contractors claim etc.
  •  Source and liaise with suppliers for material pricing
  •  Independent and requires minimum supervision in taking off, tendering, prepare preliminary costing for the project and able to do budgetary control
  •  Obtain for quotation, liaise and negotiate with various suppliers & sub-contractors
  •  Handling of Variation Orders
  •  Preparation of monthly progress claims to Clients
  •  Other QS duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:
  •  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  •  At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position.
  •  Experience in Interior Renovation is a MUST
  •  Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay, able to speak in Cantonese is an advantage
  •  Able to read and handle full set of working drawings
  •  Computer literate
  •  Excellent time management skill and able to meet deadlines
  •  Positive working attitude, trustworthy and hardworking
  •  Able to work dynamic, under pressure/tight deadlines and results oriented
  •  Possess own transport
  •  Able to start work immediately is an advantage


Interior Designers

(Jalan Ampang)


Responsibilities:
  •  Able to propose and design concept to meet clients' requirements
  •  Meet given lead times to fulfill the clients and management requirements
  •  Be able to research, selection, review, study and propose functional material to meet budget and quality
  •  Be able to present overall design concept and proposal to clients up to the stage of confirmation and signing off

Requirements:
  •  Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
  •  Minimum 3 years working experience in related field Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Form Z
  •  Creative and able to work independently
  •  Possess good communication and presentation skills for coordination with clients
  •  Hardworking, innovative and positive attitude
  •  Able to start work immediately is an advantage


Senior Executives/Executives - Accounts

Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Ampang

Responsibilities:
  •  Preparing monthly management accounts with financial reports and bank report
  •  Managing cash flow statement and petty cash float
  •  Preparing bank reconciliation and payment fund listing
  •  Monitoring customers for collection
  •  Issuing debit / credit notes, and calculating commission for principals and debit notes / credit notes
  •  Coordinating and monitoring tax submission including preparation of tax computation
  •  Liaising with auditors and tax agents and checking draft audited accounts
  •  Preparing company’s annual budget
  •  Ensuring all documents are filed and in order
  •  Preparing mid-month payment list and month-end payment list
  •  Issuing cheques to suppliers and creditors for mid-month payment and month end payment
  •  Reconciling suppliers statement
  •  Updating the cash book in a timely manner and weekly bank balance report
  •  Assisting Accounts Manager / Accountant in day-to-day operational matters

Requirements:
  •  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  •  Able to speak in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  •  Able to handle full sets of accounts and have knowledge of UBS / MYBS accounting software
  •  Able to work independently under minimum supervision and under tight deadline
  •  Good team players
  •  Good time management
  •  Must be computer literate, i.e. able to handle Microsoft Excel & Word
  •  Mature, positive attitude and trustworthy
  •  Able to start work immediately is an advantage


Project Coordinators

(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
  •  To liaise with client/designer regarding discrepancies of work
  •  Take responsibilities of the Quality Control
  •  Brief sub-contractor on their scope and location of their works
  •  Attend sub-contractor and Safety & Health meeting
  •  Counter check sub-contractors alignment and levels are correct
  •  Coordinate sub contractors' work
  •  Prepare weekly site meeting and daily site report

Requirements:
  •  Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or equivalent
  •  5 years working experience in Interior fit out is a MUST
  •  Computer literate familiar and skilled with Interior Design project management
  •  A matured person with positive attitude, responsible, hardworking, committed to project deadlines, willing to learn and punctuality.
  •  Ability to communicate in Chinese, English and BM language.
  •  Able to start work immediately is an advantage


     Remuneration will commensurate according to the experience.
